There are many free and paid programs out there and the tutorials to help. All you need to do after you get them is to follow the tutorials. The shark was made using a free program called anim8or. And writing brush was created using paint shop pro also known as PSP and animation shop also known as AS. To create some animation such as the name tag on the left, you'll need both PSP and AS. The Daz program has much content to create your own animated video. They offer animals and people to work with. The airplane image is an animated pop-out image. If there is an interest in creating this type, then i can add a tutorial for creating them. I will be adding links to other programs and tutorials.
